Hotfix version 1.6 - Version 1.7 released

A bug in version 1.6 make BBLog unusable for user's with multiple profiles. Version 1.7 fix it.

Update 1.6 - Awesome

Longer as usually we worked on the new update but it was definitly not a waste of time. Update 1.6 gonna blow your mind with amazing new features in all areas.

One of the head point is the new weapon data for the new patch. All data now updated and UP2DATE. Maybe some minor mistakes in there but overall data should be correct.

Another huge thing is the new Cloud Storage for your BBLog settings. Just save your settings online in our cloud and syncronize it with every other device where you use BBLog. You are also able to share saved entries with your friends.

Last special noticable feature is the completely new Theme Switch. Choose between multiple custom-made battlelog themes with just a click. Easy, fast, stunning. If you also a theme developer goto our new board and post your own theme to get it integrated in BBLog. Board

Forum and next release date

For our furture plans it's required to have a better way for the community to communicate with the better battlelog team. So we proud to present you the new better battlelog forum (See Navigation). Also the next release date is fixed (See bellow navigation), for all those waiting for new weapon data.

No Mozilla AMO Support anymore

Today we removed BBLog from Mozillas Addon Gallery, AMO is too slow. Read in the FAQ for detailed reasons. Note: BBLog is STILL supported for firefox. No Panic :-)

Update 1.5

Soo, this is not a update like 1.4 - It's bigger and more amazing than most updates before.

At the very first we present the new milestone feature - http://bf3stats.com into Better Battlelog. This means that you now can see some important data from bf3stats.com directly in battlelog. For example: TOP Kill-Ranks for each weapon/vehicle (worldwide) or extended soldier stats. In the future we do many more things here, this is only the beginning of this cooperation.

Secondly, a highly rated feature give you the ability to save your specific filters with just one click. Now you have your personal filtersets and you can switch between them with just one click.

As always, there many minor improvements and bugfixes - Just read the changelog for the full list.

Update 1.4

Today i present a new update for Better Battlelog. Well, this update isn't a big milestone, but it includes some very handy improvements. Especially some improvements for weapons done. From now you have 2 slots in the weapon accuracy chart, to simulate combinations of attachments. Another thing is the new bullet drop information including the bullet drop chart. Nothing more to say here, all other changes listed in the changelog at the download page.

Update 1.3

2 Weeks later... Today a new update is released with some niiice new features.
Beside Bugfixes there are many new languages available. The BBLog Community worked very hard for this, just amazing.

The biggest changes are for new weapon information.
With the new, interactive, Accuracy Plot you are able to check the spread for EVERY setting and situation of your soldier.
You want to know how much your weapon spreads with attachment Heavy Barrel/Zoomed/ADS, no problem. All possible combinations integrated.

The second new feature is, the "Flame Radar". It works in the same way as Server/User Radar, just for Forum Users.
As the name says, you are able to mark your personal Flamers/Whiners - All posts from marked users are from now hidden. Very helpful because the problem of even more worst posts grows and grows.
A bit sadly.

The rest are minor improvements, as always - The best way for all change information is the changelog.

Russian Translation

Hi all russian users!
Currently there is a bug in bblog that enabled the completely destroyed and unfinished russian translation in the addon. Please choose another language. In the language picker is no russian flag visible, but when you enter battlelog for the first time it determine automatically your language, and we forgot to deactivate russian.
Sorry for that.
In the next update you'll get a working russian translation

Huge again man

Nobody can stop us. Again we present you a huge update that improve many many minor things and a few major stuff.

A important point is the new weapon information. New is TTK, BTK and a big weapon comparison table with all available data we have.

What you will immediately see is the new flag below the BBLog Icon - Now you able to switch BBLog Language independent of Battlelog's language. The reason is simple, now we have languages that battlelog not support (Dutch, Portuguease). Available languages currently are: EN, DE, NL, FR, BR/PT - Thx to INCEPTION (NL), HayhaS1mo (FR, NL), Nano Caheté and Priscilla Córdova (BR/PT), Jozi02 (PL), Christian Hvass (DA), xXJumpyXx (SE), wasakakero (ES), Chijikson (RU), Des3r7_Eag1e (RU), MrArtL (RU), JupimanTheWise (CS), Dendari (IT).

The rest is a lot of odds and ends. Counting to it are many bugfixes in all sections, removing of misplaced weapon information, etc... Just read the changelog to get a list over all changes.

The currently biggest update

Today, another big update is released. Many addon improvements like rewrite of translation engine to support better translations.

Another upcoming milestone is the future Russian language support. Now the website and the addon contain Russian translations. Very big thanks goes out to Des3r7_Eag1e, the Russian translator. If the new language is available, than we let you know it.

Let us talk about the new features. There is now a "Favored Threads" feature where you can manage your favored threads to ever know what threads are important for you. Click here to see how it works.

A new feature "Auto-Update Serverlist" is now included in the point "Minor Improvements". You can enable this feature in the extended settings of this point.

These updates the server list every time you change a filter setting.

Also under this main point is a new feature "Award Improvements". Often wished improvements like better overview of Medals and Ribbons added - Goto FAQ Site to see all what this option does.

In Forum Posts it's now possible to replace all image links with inline images, activated in Board Improvements -> Inline Images.

Maybe someone knows that it is possible to add own graphics to platoon emblem - Now we integrated it into BBLog.

Just a goody, on weapon detail pages there are now tiny sight videos for every vision.

At least there are some bugfixes and improvements in the addon, especially in contextmenu for quote selected text and a option to enable a delayed contextmenu.

One last important thing is that BBLog log some statistic data - Goto download page to see what it's exactly mean.

Many improvements, Stable

It's now been done. The first stable version of BBLog , after a month in beta phase, is ready to be downloaded. Many minor and major things was fixed and improved. So, for most of the pistols they was no extended weapon information, now it is. Contextmenu is now better to use and more flexible to enable or deactivate some parts of this global feature. Also a BBCode is now available, as well as globally more flexible options. A bugfix in inline youtube videos and chat input also done. Thanks goes to Roman Vullhorst for a improved english translation. All in all a huge update that stands for the version 1.0

Contextmenu, new Board Feature and Bugfixes

A complete new feature is born. The Contextmenu. It extends battlelog in some parts of the site with a right-click menu. The main reason is to implement features without touching the hole layout. All Information at Features and FAQ. Another feature is in the board search. You see a button where you can resort the results by thread date. As always general improvements in the addon done, for more stability. And one special thing i added, are you the first that find it?

Chrome Storage Bug fixed

Today we fixed the huge problem with the chrome storage bug - Now the storage should not be lost. Minor features fixed (toggle filters and offline users). Another minor board fix repairs links with anchors (#) in it. Some translation improvements done by Collin Grady (Thanks).

Support for Chrome + Minor improvements

So much requests reached me to add a support for chrome. So, here it is. From now a chrome extension is also available. Other improvements: Some typo fixes, if you activated the serverradar you should see now in the serverlist a warning symbol, you not need to choose a server to see the warning. Another fix in "minor bugfixes" added: The show/hide serverfilter settings box is now sticky (as the comcenter show/hide offline users). I found a layout bug in the serverfilter settings (little gray box that overlaps content) and i also fixed it. At least the support for older addon versions was discontinued and you must update to the newest version.

Big, bigger, update

Sooooo, now its time to change something. As of version 0.93 a auto update is implemented for the browser addon manager. You can now use the standard way to update your addon. Also a better version management starts from now, every change gets a new version number to be more clear when something is changed. Secondly, a new feature is ready to use, the serverradar. Use it in the same easy way as the userradar. Mark servers in your list. Also the complete radar feature is rewritten and you are now able to see and edit the radarlist of players/servers. At least some minor addon optimizations done.
