I have no words for this, they may be referring to the independence day or something in the U.S, but they are referring to America, a whole continent, so this is discarted.

If they are referring to the discover of America by Europe, they are totally confused, it was like 500 years ago or something, not 2013 years.

If they are referring to the creation of America by the Earth, well... they are really far away of the real date.

The only option left is: they are top-lvl idiots.
