Help please! Tell me how to put the background.

I read it but did not understand. Can you explain more clearly. please
ok, two questions:

1. what image do you want to use for the background?
2. do you want it to be fixed when you're scrolling down the page (default battlelog), or do you want it to stay on the top - making it disappear with the scrolling?

Default Battlelog
1. open Better battlelog menu
2. check ticbox for Change background
3. click on the Change background button
4. paste this line into the input box:
url("http://i.imgur.com/F0lFYAq.jpg") top center no-repeat fixed
5. hit enter & F5
