The last resort assignment shows me 100 repair tools kills. But I only got 6 if I believe EA and my memory.
I probably have destroyed lots of vehicles with it, but sadly most players jump out before they die.
It might be calculating the wrong thing...?!?

Yes it's actually a bug. But will not be fixed before BF4 release.
