[I'm new here]

So, i just found out about this plugin for BLog and it's Awesome. I have been testing out the themes and the best I like is the "Steam Theme by xXJumpyXx v 1.2.1". But there is something I want changed in it (for me), can someone make it like
so I can Change the Background
because this theme doesn't allow us to change the background as it already has one made in it before hand.
Or if you can set the Background for me by
making the Com Center transparent
then it would be great, I want this Picture as the Background:

[My Monitor/Laptop resolution is "1366x768" if that matters]
Another thing, is there a Plugin or something that allows me to Minimize the "Com Center"? I have been Googling this and people say to use BBLog but I don't find any Plugin/Feature that does this. If there is a Plugin then please Direct me towards it and also how to use it because i don't know how to Function one.

P.S: I don't know much about this Plugin, and this might be a Stupid question. The changes we make on our Battle-log (background/theme), would others be able to see these when they come to out Profile? :P
1. You can change background in Better Battlelog > General Improvements > Change background
2. Minimized com center was a hidden feature in Battlelog, but it's no longer working.

I think you didn't understand, im asking about changing the Background WITH the Steam Theme.
Oh, I see. I can write a plugin to use your background with another theme.

Oh Thanks, can you Use this Background with the Steam Theme. But with the Com Center a Little Transparent, the same as the Original Com center?

The Com Center could be a little like this with the Background:

And the rest of the Layout the "Steam" one...
generally, using a theme AND changing the background to a custom one should work hand in hand.
if not, this should be fixed

I tried it. It doesn't work. Apparently the theme overwrites the settings in "Change Background". You can see the custom background for a second until the theme is fully loaded.
A theme can block the background change when it using the !important statement.
The only thing you can try is to use "!important" as well in the background changer.

I tried a couple of code combinations with !important in the background changer, but it didn't worked (background did not showed up at all). What syntax do you have to use?
i will test the custom background function, thinks there is a small bug..
This problem again ლ(ಠ_ಠლ) ... I've had this problem with the theme before.

I'll take a look at it and hopefully fix it, either today or tomorrow, I've got to fix the BF4 related stuff in the battle feed as well.
I've just updated the theme. It should work normally now.

I'd recommend using this for the background:url('http://i.imgur.com/mnDyf82.jpg') no-repeat fixed

Also, if you're still looking for a transparent Com Center (with the Steam Theme), you can add this custom theme file in the Theme Switcher:

problem solved. my tutorial works again.
if not, please let me know again.
