I never noticed that they changed the level cap to 10.400.000 points/110 rank (from former 8.400.000/100 rank). Now i got the information that it is part of the China Rising DLC.
This maybe also indicate that they change the level cap with each DLC.

I would have been kinda happy if they did that in Battlefield 3, but levels went imo from meh to totally meaningless in Battlefield 4 because you get XP Boosts for literally everything.

5 DLC's 5 star general. hmmm. Also, I wish they would have put requirements every once in a while. Like they have to have certain medals or achievements before they get promoted. Getting ranks is way to easy.
