For whatever item you have selected, a small icon would appear (in somewhere that makes sense) that would take you to the corresponding article. So for the medkit, if you have the medkit selected, the icon would take you here:

Rejected. This Wiki is not complete, english only and contains so much more data that we need for BF3/BF4. Will be more confusing than helpful.
