I've tried but failed to make a plugin that shows how many ribbons you have left to award to get a medal. I know this was in BF3, and it would be nice to have one in BF4 aswell.

I can try. Where do you want the number to show up, in the sidebar or in the item?

I thought that already exists in the awards menu.

I also think the already existing information is enough. In BF3 it was non existing, in BF4 you have it in the sidebar.
