I have some servers that I really hate and would love to block so I don't even see them in my server list. Is there a way to do this? Kinda like an anti-favorites button or the like.

nope, no way..
you can add them to your server radar, so they will be hilighted and you wont join them.
the other option is, you create a plugin, which will hide servers from your radar.
the problem is, we/you/anybody can't block them, so if you use the "quick join" function, it could be that you will be connected to one of your blocked servers.
