Based on what has been done on the Assignments page for BF3, I'd suggest to do the same for the Unlocks, Assignments and Awards pages for BF4.

Quick links should allow you to go directly to the weapons/vehicles/whatever category you want to see without having to scroll down the entire page.

Minimizing should allow you to "hide" categories you don't want to see anymore.

As I've already said, both these "features" are in the Assignments page for BF3 so they should be possible (I guess).
