The News in Battlelog is quite few and not really all news announced there. Battlefield official Twitter has lots more information such as maintenance announcements.

I think embedding the Twitter feed into Battlelog at the right side of the main page will be cool and convenient for players to keep in touch with the latest news.

This is a Better Battlelog plugin. You can use it by adding the URL to the Plugins window in Better Battlelog.
