Can somebody make a theme like the Clean Chocolate theme, only we're able to change the color of it from brown to whatever we want? I really want that theme to have a dark blue color instead of brown.

It is almost impossible, you need to write code. To make the subject under a separate color really, but to make the switch - almost impossible

absolutely wrong! sorry! but thats only wrong.

a lot of wordpress themes works with included switcher. you can pick the color you want for your theme.

In them written a special code, but the theme in BBL only is css file

Thats right. But your anser "its impossible" is wrong. it would be right with "it's impossible with only CSS", but bblog has javascript too, and with it could be possible, thats how it works by the wordpress themes.
