How can I either add my clan's teamspeak3 on battlelog, or replace BBLog Teamspeak3 with my clan's TS. I do not want to log into your TS. I want to use my own TS server.

It's not possible to add your own TS instead of the BBLog teamspeak in the bblog teamspeak sidepanel.
There are no plans to add a custom teamspeak in this sidepanel.
You can ask for a developer in the plugin section that maybe create a plugin for your request.
