You have to make it for yourself in the BF emblem editor.
Image upload does not exist and is not possible.

You cannot do that.
You must create the emblem in the original battlelog emblem editor, than, and only than, you can post it to our gallery. Therefore you must have BBLog installed, than you have the Emblem Gallery directly in Battlelog where you can store the emblem on our server.
