First of all my apologies for the late reply of the BBLog theme!

On Battlelog you will find the BBLog's sidebar on the left side of your screen. When you hover it, it will expand with all options. Under "General Improvements" you will find "Themes". Click on the button and a pop up screen will appear. You can now choose the theme you want.
