I would like to see a function to add your own notes to a server where I have such. written rules, etc.
Adding note through the context menu, such as server radar.
Note appears below the pointer in some box when mouse pointer go over server with notes in servers list.
You know what I mean ;)

Sorry, this makes not really a improvement for the mass.
Also some very good note addons exists out there, where you can add notes to specific site elements.
