Is text formatting in Platoon descriptions possible?

I tried inputting some simple BBcodes without immediate success, can you verify that this is indeed not possible?

If it is indeed possible it would be much appreciated!
No, Battlelog doesn't support bbcodes in it. Also i will not add it to BBLog because all peoples without it will only see crypted text.
