As far as Themes will be updated from time to time, there should be an update function in BBlog for the Theme Switcher, cause at the moment users aren't able to add themes themself.

Themes must be sended to me - Thats the only way to get implemented into BBLog.
Than - If you already have a working theme in BBLog you get access to online theme updater.
