I wonder whether this plugin support Chinese? If not, how can I contribute to the the community?

Better Battlelog doesn't support Chineze yet. If you want to translate it, you need to contact Brain for it.
Send a mail to mailto:roland@getbblog.com and he'll inform you about it.

Even if I want to translate it? I've see some modified Better battlelog plugin that has been translated into Chinese, but it is not officially.
If it is not technical problem, I can do the translation. I've done the Procon 1.0 Frostbite localization in Chinese, so I believe it won't be a big issue for me.
