I have one skilled pilot in my friendlist. I want to can check how high in global ranking in jets he is. And the same with all global rankings.

For this already something exist in battlelog.
Just like

Enough global/friends ranking.

The BF3Stats can be included in Battlelog. So if you look your friends vehicle stats i will displayed that he is maybe in the top 5%.
