Can you make it more specific so the devs know what you like. With the information you gave the can't do a thing. What is cool? Cool in the name of ice, of gangsters, or..? When you give them some examples, I'm sure they'll help you out.

Use Glow Theme, uploading your background to any umage hosting and using "Change Background" feature from BBLog.

and if you want the background to stay pinned when ur scrolling use this

background: url(image_url_here) no-repeat top center fixed
You will need image with bigger resolution to put it in as a background, idealy to fit the resolution of your system.
