When you hover over the quick match button, you can select a filter set from there. The darker tiles would be folders like how they are in other drop down menus.

Sorry not possible. The filter for a quick match is stored on battlelog server's. For that reason only the last stored filter can be used for quick match.
To implement a way to make this possible is too much work for me and i also think it's impossible.
Maybe a plugin author will make something like this.
