Basically you got a player's profile and/or stats page and some where on there it shows what their rating is on

If you click on the rating it'll take you to the page at CoM for the player to show more details.
I can see this can be helpful to server admins as well when they are looking questionable players up.
If there was someone way to include at least a link to this other Cheat-o-Meter website that would be great but I don't know how off hand.
