The last hours I made a great new plugins for german-speaking people.
It displays you the last news from the german fan-page battlefield-3.org.
I hope you enjoy it :)

- Fixed: When refreshing the site (clicking on battlelog logo) the news feed wasn't shown anymore

- Reworked the whole script. Optimized server-side caching of the news feed.[/*:m]
- Added auto-reload every 30 minutes.

- Fixed: Newsfeed was attached twice, because a fail of the timer.

- Complete rewrite to BBLog v3.0 and some improvements.

Good to know

There's also a simple trick how to display more news. Simply add the amount after the link. Like:
http:// bblog.pkern.at/battlefield-3.org.js?count=4
This link will now show the last 4 news. It's possible up to 14 news.

Maybe you should change this plugin into one where you can add your own favorite fan-site? Not specially Battlefield-3.org. ;-)

This isn't possible, because this plugin reads out the source of the webpage and is parsing it. I only can make own plugins for other sites :)

Good idea. I started programming it now and it's in test-phase now. I only have to add the images of the news, which isn't easier as it seems. The page hided the images very good :)

With RSS I also have to parse the content to get the images into the right variables... battlefieldo.com doesn't support RSS :)
(They have one, but it's not working...)

(This plugin was updated as well too, because it's basically based on the same system like the battlefieldo.com plugin.)
