In the webpage, there is a encoding problem with Finnish symbols ä (?) and ö (?) with popup messages. This was found with testing the voting option in custom user assignments.

Found on Chrome 21.0.1180.89 m, browser language was English.

Every language with special characters, like éëáïö, etc. has the problem. It's a common bug in the internet world. Brain will certainly have a solution for this, just be patient. :-)
