is it possible to create a plugin that adds the filter "LOCKED" to the Dog Tags page, besides to the existing filters All, Taken, Unlocked?
It's a little bit arduous to find Dog Tags you don't have unlocked yet, especially if you already have taken a lot of Dog Tags from enemies (placeholder Dog Tag is a little bit more obvious).
If it's too hard or not possible to write the plugin it's okay, it would be just a minor simplification.
