this is a simple issue:

As you can see the word "matches" appear 2 times.

With BBlog turned off, you can see this
It's been reported in our private/team forum, it seems to only be caused if you have a console soldier active.
Is this the case for you?

yes, i have a console soldier active(ps3)
if i select my pc soldier the menu returns to normal.
