Even after have bblog version 3.1.1 the emblem is still not visible to bblog users. A few days ago it was visible to bblog users and now it isn't. Most threads posted so far only mention to the emblem issue before 3.0
Do you readed the changelog?

* custom platoon image upload/display is now disabled by default, to reduce the server load, could be re-enabled in the options

its doing the same for me an i have it turned on
