The ribbons are split into 2 sections with no apparent reasoning for the divide, and the description bubble tooltip is very bugged when pointing to the ribbons in that section. I'm on chrome.

the ribbons on the upper part are the once with medals. the ribbons from the secound part are ribbons without medals. thats the reason why its divided.

Not a bug...
The spacer on the right side as added to have the ribbons without a medal clearly seperated and in the same line position as the medals.
