Since the last EA conference, it is certain BF4 will be released in the second fiscal year of 2013 (april 2013 - march 2014) and it is supposed to be a NEXT-GEN title - that also corresponds with the speculations surrounding the release of the next-gen consoles, that should be released at the end of 2013.
Battlefield 4 in facts:
- Running on Frostbite 2 (greatly improved), using it's capabilities on 80%+ (BF3 around 30%)
- It isn't supposed to be a clone of Battlefield 3
- Beta starts late 2013
From what I've heard DICE is ready to start presenting the game, but they will do so around march 2013.
Also, from the internal screenshots, BF4 looks very much like BF3.
Now, it goes without saying that this is purely a speculation and none of this (except the FB2 stuff) has been confirmed by DICE/EA.
So, any information you have - you can share it here with us :)

The blue tint has to go.
And a spectator mode has to come + a game recorder.
Until the Beta everything is just speculation for me. I don't want to repeat the same error with another BF title.

Stupid Question Here: is it going to be more light for mid-end PC than BF3 or i will not be able to run it at all?

Don't think that in general a newer game requires less pc power than a older game:)

I think it's gonna be pretty demanding on your rig, since it'll be next-gen.

I think it's false hope. :(
New consoles with better specifications, better graphic cards, more memory, etc. They'll probably say that the recommended graphic card for PC the - not yet released - new nVidia GeForce cards is.

I'd say that, unless you have somewhat new rig, like a year old max. you will have to buy a new one.
New generation of consoles won't be such a big hit like it was with this generation, but it will be definetely an improvement.
Just remember when this generation of consoles came out. No computer was powerfull enough to stand against consoles for like a year. This won't happen again. They can't afford doing resarch and making their own procesors etc., so they'll just take whats good now and stuff it into a box and they call it a new console...
What I want to say is - it's not gonna be better TOO much, but it will be more powerfull.
