I think its a good idea to implement this quick and dirty plugin (http://getbblog.com/en/board/topic/93202/1/Plugin-for-displaying-assignment-names-for-fast-finding) straight into BBlog so there wouldn't be a need for an extra request for a plugin :P Seems to be more of a BBlog alley than plugin alley anyways - but hey, atleast its done!
