i know the Battlelog offline bug.
it shows a player as offline instead of online while he is on battlelog.
so you (as a friend) can get chat messages from him but cant answers, because you see him as offline.

and no, we cant fix this. this is a battlelog bug which have to be fixed by EA/DICE/ESN/Origin Team
Better Battlelog doesn't fix connection problems to Battlelog and/or Battlefield. First because this is something what EA/DICE/ESN/Origin Team have to do, second because we simply can't do that.

if you or your friend have this bug and you want to fix it you have to completely reload the page (including to clear the cache). that it should work again.

Logout and login fixes the Offline bug.
